In 2006 the Pennsylvania Automotive Wholesalers Association and the New Jersey Automotive Wholesalers Association joined forces to become the MidAtlantic Automotive Aftermarket Association. These two “sister” associations bring over 50 years of experience and dedication to serving the needs of its members.

The MidAtlantic Automotive Aftermarket Association is chartered as a not-for-profit corporation, operating in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania as a voluntary trade association of business firms engaged in the wholesale/retail or warehouse distribution of automotive replacement parts, supplies and/or equipment.

The mission of the MidAtlantic Automotive Aftermarket Association (MAAA) is to provide leadership, be a respected industry voice, and to enhance its members’ ability to effectively serve their marketplace. To accomplish this mission, the association shall act:

To provide information and educational opportunities to its member companies
To provide programs and services which enhance the business operations of its members
To seek opportunities for communication, understanding and cooperation with other industry and business organizations
To represent members’ interests before the government at all levels, and with other entities whose actions may have an impact on business matters
To encourage the highest standards of personal and business conduct
To ensure the strength and continuing effectiveness of the association by attracting and securing new members

Legislative and regulatory advocacy is a benefit of our association. We joined forces with the national association, Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) to assure that the automotive aftermarket is well represented in Harrisburg, Trenton and Washington, DC.
The volunteer leadership of MAAA gives of their time, resources and intellect to research ways to positively impact your profitability through studies, alerts and provision of quality, competitive programs and services.
